A road stretch to KitMikayi near Holo, Seme Sub County |
-: Thanks for this research. However, I happen to come from this lineage but my grandfather (Natanael Idingili) my father(Peter Odanga)and Moah Anzugira, we don't feature anywhere on that. There are other saniagas like Mzee ovita and Barnaba Jemo who resides in madzuu just next to madzuu salvation army. Mama Agneda jemo is still alive and extract more information from her. Thanks for the good work sir. We are actually knowing our roots.
-: Haaaa. Thank you for being here and making that observation. Let me call Abasalom and ask him about Idingiri. Sometimes a sitting can leave out a few things. And the reason we share here is for people to read, authenticate and own the information for the future.
Ovita and Barnaba at Madzuu were mentioned but are distant to Ridundu. With a different descent. Marked to be followed up. Help me alike in approaching an informant in that family.
-/Asante.
-: Thanks my brother. Absolom is a cousin to my dad, infact when we issues in our family, it was usually handled by kidiga, kirumbe, magomere, Adula, Lyaiya. Of course with Idingili who was my grandfather. I think Absolom should be able to shed some light on this.
-: @Anzugira Odanga
He tells me that Idingiri are of Viyaro (Chandoro) origin and have a slightly different line. To be followed. He adds that Idingiri went to Lugari. What do you say?
We shall be meeting the elders, Javaya, Absolom and Kisato on 14th this month. They have promised we make a walk to the hills, they showing us (who wants to join?) ancestry places. For the whole of Chandoro, though now with lots of vaYonga is said to have originally been a Saniaga area.
-/Asante
-: Idingili and his wife Selina died and they were burried in Madzuu. The graves are there todate. It's his sons odanga and Misoga who were relocated by the school ( mudavadi girls) to Lugari. But his daughters (my aunts) are within that area. Alivitsa got married ilyamagale, Jenifer is in imasatsi. I believe you will get proper information.
-: Interesting. I will ask about brothers of Idingiri to know more. Living with the Ridundu's at a similar place may have gave the descendants a notion that they were of an immediate ancestor because we never separate ourselves in talks.
-/We shall get this, bro.
-: I'm from that lineage and I would like to know more of that. Thanks Lung'afa for that research.
