The migration of Sakwa Kamnara
-: There are two theories of the migration of sakwa kamnara according to practical research my father did in sakwa. One says that they came from rusinga island by boat, the other says that they were brothers in vihiga when one decided to go to sakwa then the other one left in vihiga, the saniaga. What I was trying to explain is, actually the two theories might be true in fact, only that they refer to two different periods of migration. While the former talks about the initial coming into Kenya, the other one is about a later period of land inheritance. We therefore need to know whether it's from sakwa kamnara to saniaga, or from saniaga to sakwa kamnara. Intelligence also depicts that it might be interchangeable, that non comes first. It's just a cycle of periodic interaction among related families.
-: Although the sakwa kamnara also believe that they are strongly related to nabongo of the wanga, then this would render the fact that from wanga, saniaga maragoli and sakwa kamnara move as brothers on voyage. Then saniaga remains in vihiga, sakwa kamnara goes to sakwa area. But it doesn't undo the fact that earlier before, they might have come from rusinga. The fact that saniaga kamnara are saniaga could be because we wondered in kalenjin lands as fugitive. Thus the name they would refer to us as saniak, meaning it's like a people who lack legitimacy of ownership.
-: It's good to examine both sides before jumping into conclusion
-: Though I still strongly doubt about nabongo, msakuru told me that that's the only he gathered. Try go there and establish a few things. The heresay will give you an answer.
