Most of us are in the city. That is why you can not make up to a meeting likr today's.
Can we set a date to add onto what was discussed today? And show our support to the course?
Let the suggestions come.
Thanks.
Brown Indumwa: ππΎππΎππ½
Govedi Muzami: Nobody is a Nairobi people here but conveniently yesπ
We should pull a gathering in Nairobi as well before Dec.
Doc!: Good morning all. I had suggested to Lung'afa to hold the past meeting in Nairobi so that we get a large attendance but you still went ahead and suggested Sosa for the meeting. That is why I decided not to travel. You need to creat mass attendance based on financial considerations and the set Agenda. I gave the library idea and some members were against the spread of the idea claiming it was Saniaga idea. Really, how can the group progress as a Saniaga entity? We need to have a wide vision instead of cacooning in Saniaga identity. Inze nu mwifa Saniaga and I am proud of my mother Leah Vosevwa Idah mwana munene wa Samuel Kivi. I like progress in life, empowerment of communities and mentorship of those I can mentor. I am currently writing a health based proposal to empower local communities on personal health as your own responsibility. I am also still on the Libraries. I have a lot of books in my garage to beef up the library at Wangulu. Please let us work together with a vision and focus on empowerment of our communities. Have a blessed Sunday. Sidika
Peter Kirima: Early July suffices. Noble idea
Atsiaya Cousin: Am in for July
Doc!: All aspects should be considered and in cooperated in the Saniaga constitution or articles of association. There is no meeting that has been held in Nairobi. I attended the 1st Sosa meeting where we were very few members. You have clearly indicated that there are more members in Nairobi. You can also rotate the meetings to county level where you have many Saniagas. This will mean that they cater for meeting expenses as hosts(branch hosts). This can also be discussed as an agenda item. These are just my thoughts. Sidika
Lumadi Jenyeka: I do not think it's necessary to include meeting venues in the Constitution;these are things that can be sorted within ourselves.Members are encouraged to hold regular meetings in their localities to keep ideas rolling.Looking forward to hearing from Nairobi branch on the meeting hata Mimi was Vihiga I'll purpose to attend
Lumadi Jenyeka: ION yesterday's meeting was so fruitful many of us wished it would have been all day.We have a good thing going on and we should protect it jealously. For those who want specific details please get in touch with the officials.
