2.Defamation-insults on social media(lawyers again will address this as well).
I do not anticipate any other charges.The above two are bailable.This is not a murder case.

Harold Ndanyi: Most times people give opinions basing on hearsay and without facts get emotional and ruin their own lives and those of their loved ones for no reason. People died by blindly following Raila. Others while following Bahati Musira Semo and many more through politics. I have schooled with Alenga. Some of his statements are true while others are not. He has many friends and "enemies " in equal measure. He has opened many war fronts with different people. It's difficult to know who and who reported him to DCI. Pointing fingers at Governor may be misleading. Let's differentiate personal issues from community or group issues. Okiya Omtata has been an activist for long and has gone through a lot which is common if someone chooses that path.
Baba Ndanyi: I still think the Vihiga Government is suffering from some form of paranoia, even if Alenga is a toddler, I would still give him a chance to air his views, may be out of such opposing views Otichilo might find some answers to the Vihiga problem. If you suppress opinion, you hatch rebellion. In my opinion Vihiga should be one of the richest counties in Kenya because of the concentration of population in a small area.
