Inviting Saniagas officially for AGM
Baba Ndanyi: Vuchee vana vitu, ndavola Ku ndi, inzira indahi in kuzyi yo nikoveeye nimyooyo imidoto kunaangwa kuvuli kweegosa, kulyi naho kaandi kunwi Ku chavaveeye naanga cho, otherwise I can see people getting disappointed here, remember we said we were to sample the place then next time we make informed decision.
Mukayagi Ngonda: Inzi kuli umundu muhindila mbavoola nimbazuva muzizagilili. Inzi naviinyumba yange Nyasaye naayanza nakove ha Sosa ilidiku yilio. Saande Lungafa ku liduuka lilio.
Lung'afa: Sande baba kugosi gakomoromi. Sandizanga rigari na mbeye nirisuvira gosi garava vurahi.
- I will write here an abstract to what we discussed.
Mukayagi Ngonda: Imiooyo gyinyu gitakuza ku dave. Muhandalale. Avasakulu kovee inyima wiinyu. Metrine na avandi voosi muhambaane kuvugaane, kovolelane, kuzizagilane.
Lung'afa: Vwari vurahi nikwagana isa nikikiri. Ororaa imbura isiena kusiena kari yakari ingubi ndavura kuva niswaranji ingida miriviti.
What we talked is that Baba Ngoda would help in having a venue set for the day. Having known Baba Bruce Madete since childhood and done much together it would be another easy task to communicate the saniaga request and have the event well arranged. Therefore the venue and logistics are left to their generosity with expectation that participants pertake of what the offer will be.
Of the many people who would want to attend (old and young) and in ways do not have means, it was in our talk that Saniagas be mobilised to cheap in and support the event. The request shall be communicated to Saniagas who are in a position to do so early enough. 50k, 70k, 100k? We shall know from the sponsorship.
That we largely participate in discussing 2018 things, what we need to be doing in the year. So that we shall inform the AGM with a baked list of ideas. Remember the meeting could also be hijacked by saniagas who are sharp and thoughtful. Ours would be also to collect ideas on that day alongside laying our expectations.
That is in brief, of the much we never started discussing. It is always a great joy to listen to information. That if there be what to add it may be easily communicated here as we keep keeping focussed.
- Long live Saniaga.
Lung'afa: Dr, what do you think about asking Saniagas to support the event?
- How far can we go on this?
Lung'afa: That we together mobilise resources that may make the event a success and pick up strongly thereafter.
Jeska sidika Wambani: Bwira mwosi! I have no objection to the ideas you propose. It would be meaningful if you write a sponsor proposal. We all read and improve or support. It should be short and precise. For example. We are in the process of knowing and familiarization with fellow Saniaga through a get together on ..........2017. We kindly request for your participation and support ( financial/ ideas) for a successful inaugural meeting. The meeting seeks to share and collect ideas on how as a group can participate in the County Government. That is just an example but you can improve on it or use it as an outline for a better version. Sidika
Lung'afa: ππ I will throw a sample here come evening. More suggestions?
- Thank you
Baba Ndanyi: We might get a politician sponsor who will end up rukaring us!!
Lung'afa: See the letter for any corrections.
Then may I be given contacts and emails I write and attach the letter to the people. The official email we use is saniagaorg@gmail.com
To people I have not met I will request that once the letters have been sent, there be a follow up with people who know well the recipients.
I welcome you all to advice further here,
- Baba Luvai, Ndanyi, Ngoda,
- Mukurundu Govedi, Asacha, Fanuel, Joash, Mudengani, Kidiavai, Akivaga.
-Senge Sidika
-Mukanitu Metrine, Adulu and Milly
Happy Evening
Patrick Analo Akivaga: Well craftedππ I suggest that Interim office start to draft an interim calendar of activities so that members will just come to enrich it.To save time & ensure we adopt the calendar on same day
Baba Ndanyi: I am of the view that we concentrate on making the AGM successful and out of the discussions and deliberations, we would be in a better position to come up with a calendar of events and activities, let's be patient and make the AGM successful. Good evening.
Lung'afa: Dr, how is you? Have you gone through the letter?
- Good day Family.
Jeska sidika Wambani: The letter is too wordy. Kindly simplify it. The way it is some people might think you are starting a political economic dependence. The organization could be banned. Just put it plain that it's a get together to share ideas. We kindly request your presence and support for the innuagral meeting. Sidika
Lung'afa: The paragraphs opted to introduce people to the whole thing. That a short memo, as a telegram may not convincingly communicate.
Please site areas to be punched out.
Thank you
Mudengani Kisia: I feel it's just fine.
