Luanda Reggae Defenders - what is your long term agenda?

Luanda Reggae Defenders is a now a popular movement with roots in Vihiga and border Siaya and Kakamega counties Attention is brought to the manner and conduct the movement has gained fame and followers, mainly the Youths. The movement capitalizes on funerals. With a poor culture of putting the dead to rest, the Reggae Defenders have taken it by storm and rebranded the infamous ‘Disco Matanga’ – disco at funeral. They have this huge old school sound system that is over buzzing to no clear reggae song - that they hire a pickup to carry - and it has a young DJ mainly standing there than mixing anything. Often, against the rules, the casket is grabbed from a hearse vehicle and tied to a motorbike. There it will be swayed and jerk breaked between other motorbikes on the narrow roads. That, is, how a fellow soldier, often a young dead, is mourned. ...

Arap Titi was of Kapcheptegen Clan

Here is what I got from Arap Titi's home.

The Late Hon. Paul Titi is son to Chief Arap Titi and @⁨Ndanyi Saniaga⁩ can remember seeing him visit his grandpa. Was he a family friend or a saniak? This is because both Ndanyi senior and Arap Titi were famous men.

This Titi had 21 daughters and 9 boys from 12 wives. He is said to have migrated to Seremi after knowing he was going to become a chief. He came from Tabolwa, Kapkeben (there is saniak kericho lead) and is of Kapcheptegen clan of Nandi. This I was told by his daughter, an old lady that never married. This lady was already born as Titi settled in Seremi and she could somehow recall events. At time of migration to settle in busy Serem market he had three wives. His last wife was A Tiriki and reason why he had many wives was because if you gave birth to a girl he would disown you.

On the way from Tabolwa, Titi's father is said to have picked a child. It was a girl. Her name would be Chevosigis*. She was brought up as Titi's sister.

His main purpose was to check Maragoli entrance and occupation of Nandi land. He took to himself a huge area of land that is still visible today and some poor men around had to migrate.

Titi is said to have been fluent in Luo, Luhya, Swahili kidogo and Nandi suggesting constant interactions with Kiboswa people...(where Mr. Saniaga met Mulogoli? ).

There is an Orthodox church in part of his land. He is said to have asked them or the other way round to come to Seremi. The church was based in Uganda before then.

And Arap Titi was born by Singija. And Singija was born by Nyaburuki. That is far they traced his tree. I could only ask whether Nyaburuki has Kisii origin. At 107 years, year 1988, Titi died.
