Saniaga, the Cush?
Now here comes interesting knowledge and understanding for the saniaga. Views are invited here. After the flood Noah begat Ham, Ham begat Cush then Cush begat Nimrod. Nimrod builds the tower of Babel and thereby the lord confounds people's language and they are scattered abroad. It is clearly correct that Africa is the continent with the largest number of tribes world over and hence the largest number of tongues. Considering the subsequent books of the Bible after genesis, references are made instant after instant to the land of Cush, which according to ancient maps is the general area of the Northern Eastern Africa encompassing Sudan, Ethiopia, part of Kenya & Uganda, chard and Libia.
By assumption therefore, this could probably be the area to where a majority of the children of Cush might have migrated after the scattering at the tower of Babel. This is evidenced by the numerous number of tribes and languages in Africa because the result of scattering abroad was the confoundment of language 'that they might not understand each other', as it is written. Again, according to my understanding of the genesis as I have read it, Eden is the general area near Israel. God told Abraham to leave his home 'haran' and go to a land which the Lord would show him. This place was in the land of the Canaanites which is the current Israel. Since the object of God was to re-establish His initial covenant with mankind, the only place where this re-establishment could happen is the original area where 'the fall of man' took place, which was Eden where God instructed Abraham to return.
There is a spiritual connection that is there between this place, mankind and God. This is the place where Christ the Lord is born and it's where he resurrects and goes back to heaven. It is the same place where as 'it is written' He will come back and establish His kingdom on earth with Jerusalem as His capital city. I could give many other proofs to qualify this but due to limited time, just understand that Eden was the place near Israel. Now without having to lose my topic, my point is to still emphasize that most African tribes came from the north where civilization had already began. The conventional notion that we (African tribes) were illiterate from our beginning is not actually true.
The truth is that at one time we were one (children of Cush) and civilized. But because of the scattering and migration, we actually lost literacy and thus history as well. This is the obvious result of division that arises due lack of a one government that could preserve literature. Now if it is true then that most of us are descended from Cush, then certainly Africans are the ones who built the tower of Babel and thus Nimrod the great is one among our ancestors.
This is to merely give an insight to the enthusiasts of history here. If we can begin from there (Cush), then a prudent reduction can be done to eventually get to murogori and saniaga. The Bible is not silent about 'the land of Cush' (Africa), infact there are so many prophesies in the Bible regarding Cush as a land and a people. Think about it my people.
